Refund policy
At Hooryx, all our white chocolate alcohol balls are freshly handmade and customized as per customer preference. Therefore, orders once prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- Wrong product is delivered,
- Product is damaged/spoiled upon delivery, or
- Order is not delivered due to our fault.
Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.
Customers purchasing our products confirm they are of legal drinking age as per Indian laws.
