RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Hooryx, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products crafted with care and packed fresh for our customers. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.


1. Returns

As Hooryx products are edible food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste or flavor preferences
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Opened, consumed, or partially consumed products
  • Orders stored improperly after delivery
  • Requests made after the specified reporting period

For food safety and hygiene reasons, delivered food products cannot be resold or reused.


2. Refunds & Replacements

A refund or replacement may be approved in the following situations:

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or handling.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a different product than what was ordered.

Missing Item

If one or more products from your order are missing.

Tampered or Defective Packaging

If the product packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised upon delivery.


3. Reporting an Issue

To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the outer shipping package
  • Brief description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may result in the request being declined.


4. Refund Process

Once the claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Hooryx.

5. Replacement Process

If a replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product or refund may be offered.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed, processed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


7. Product Variations

Hooryx products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients.

As a result, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Shape
  • Roasting level
  • Ingredient appearance
  • White chocolate chunk size
  • Seed and nut distribution

may naturally occur from batch to batch.

These natural variations are a sign of authentic small-batch production and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or grounds for refund, return, or replacement.


8. Storage & Product Care

To maintain product quality:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep the jar tightly closed after opening.
  • Consume before the Best Before date mentioned on the packaging.

Hooryx shall not be responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.


9. Limitation of Liability

Hooryx's liability is limited solely to the value of the purchased product.

Under no circumstances shall Hooryx be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
